There are lots of reasons to be charged up about climate action in SLO… ready? The City of SLO and The Climate Coalition just endorsed Measure G to stop new oil and gas development in the county. Zing! City Council will be studying (Sept 4) and then voting upon (Sept 18) the creation of a Community Choice Energy program with Morro Bay (Sept 25) so we, as a community, can choose to favor renewable energy and keep our energy dollas local. Zap!

Yes, YOUR car and your commute: National Drive Electric Week begins Sept 12th, 5pm at Mindbody, will have an EVshowcase at SLO Farmers Market on Sept 13th and culminates with letting the public drive some sweet EVs on Sept 15th, 9am at Madonna Inn.
